What God is Doing!

Hello all of our family and friends!
It is around 8:45pm Saturday night and I want to give all of you an update of what is taking place with the Roper Family. First of all, I want to say that I am sorry if I frightened any of you over pasts blogs. That is the hard part with blogging, you are not able to hear the tone of voice, which would be important. But I just want to let you know that we are doing this so that you can all know what is going on with us whether it be family or ministry matters. I want to share with all of you how your prayers have really been affecting today!
ALIYAH
So this morning I took Aliyah to the hospital. We hoped that they would admit her since we believed that she was really dehydrated. We got there around 30 minutes before the doctor arrived, which was good, so we were the first one to be seen. Sure enough, they did admit her and hooked her up to an IV. They brought us into a room and she was able to sleep and rest. As the day continued, she continued to eat more, drink more, and feel better. I left the hospital around 4pm to switch with Rebecca. As I have talked with Rebecca a few times this evening, she has only continued to say positive statements about Aliyah. Lord willing, she will be good to come home by tomorrow.
KATIE
Katie, as we shared with you threw up early this morning and one other time before I took Aliyah to the hospital. Since that time she has not thrown up any more and has slowly been drinking water and eating bread. When I came home, she did look pretty sick, but after I gave her some more water and bread, it was as if everything changed. She started to play around the house, her and I watched a little movie together and I put her to sleep by 8:30pm. Continue to pray for her that she would fully regain health.
NOAH
Little Noah, the one who was the first in all of this has continued with his diarrhea. After Rebecca and I switched, he really wanted to be in daddy's arms. After awhile, I fed him some dinner, changed his diaper and he fell asleep right away. Do be praying for him as tomorrow we are going to bring him to the hospital and see what the doctor says. He really needs to break through with all of this diarrhea.
REBECCA & I
Rebecca and I are staying healthy - praise the LORD - and I am really glad that she can be at the hospital with Aliyah. A chance to get out of the house, away from the laundry, be able to really focus and relax with Aliyah, and get a good night's sleep.

THANK YOU
We want to thank all of you who have faithfully been praying for us through all of this. We know that this is not over yet and we still have some other things to deal with after the health issues, but it is such a blessing to know that so many of you are faithfully laboring in prayer for our family. Please continue to do so! May the LORD richly bless you!
We continue to look to Him in all of this. He is good! He is faithful!
